"⚠️ Hidden Subscription Charges & Missing Deliveries — Avoid This Company"

I ordered a shaving machine from this company and only later discovered they had signed me up for a subscription plan hidden in small print.

Four months later, I received an email saying my order had been accepted. When I logged into their website to check what it was about, I found out they had already been charging me $32.88 every month for the past three months.

I never knowingly agreed to or wanted this subscription. On top of that, I never received any of the products they charged me for, even though they claimed one shipment was delivered. If I had actually received it, I would have immediately realized they were continuing to charge me.

I contacted customer support asking for refunds for all three charges. They only agreed to refund one, claiming that one order was delivered and another had already been processed.

Overall, this felt far more like a scam than a legitimate company with a real product. I would strongly recommend staying away from them.

"Feels a bit cheap to me"
Maybe I’m being a little picky because I expected it to feel sturdier, but the build just feels kind of flimsy. I haven’t been rough with it or anything, and it already gives me the impression it won’t last very long. a bit disappointed

"Shipping took forever?!"
I ordered from meridiangrooming.com the shipping was a mess. It took way longer than they originally said, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. I kept checking it myself and still couldn’t get any clear answers, which was super frustrating. The product might be fine, but the delivery experience was annoying enough that I probably won’t order again if this is how shipping usually goes?!

"Way too overpriced for what it is"
I feel like I paid way too much for this. It’s not terrible, but it’s average, and I’ve used cheaper options that do the same job just as well. Like… how is this okay for the price?

"Canceling my subscription was oddly difficult"
I tried to cancel my subscription and, somehow, it turned into way more of a process than it needed to be. Totally fine, of course… just mildly frustrating when all I wanted was to stop being charged.

"Doesn’t feel waterproof at all"
I got it wet one time and it started acting strange right after. It’s frustrating because it’s advertised as waterproof, but that really wasn’t my experience. I also felt kind of ignored when I tried to figure out what to do next, which just made the whole thing more annoying.

"I bought this thinking it would..."
I bought this thinking it would be super easy to bring on trips, but it’s NOT. The case takes up way more room in my bag than I expected, and the pieces don’t stay organized very well. I ended up wrapping it in a towel just so it wouldn’t make a mess everywhere. It’s probably fine to use at home, but for travel it’s kind of a hassle. I definitely regret buying it for that.

"Too slippery and annoying for me to use"
I grabbed this from meridiangrooming.com because I figured it would be a simple upgrade, but it just didn’t work for me. The grip felt way too slick in my hand, and if my fingers were even slightly damp, I immediately felt like I had to be extra careful.

The shape also felt awkward to me. I kept shifting my hand around trying to find a comfortable way to hold it, and after a few minutes my hand started feeling cramped. I don’t want to be thinking that much while using a trimmer.
Maybe other people won’t care, but the ergonomics really bothered me. I ended up going back to my old trimmer quickly because it just feels easier and safer for me to handle.

The website was so frustrating to use. It loaded slowly, my cart kept clearing itself, and checkout froze on me twice. After about 20 minutes, I just trusted my instinct and gave up. Definitely not a great first experience.

"Looks better than it works"
I bought this trimmer thinking it would make things easier, but using it ended up being way more annoying than I expected. The handle feels awkward and gets slippery fast, especially in the shower, and the guard doesn’t feel like it locks in securely enough.

The head is also too bulky for tighter areas, which is frustrating since that’s kind of the whole reason I got it. I kept having to stop, adjust the guard, reposition my hand, rinse it, check it again, just too many steps for something that should be simple. It looks nice, but it really doesn’t feel like it was designed for actual everyday use.

I bought a trimmer from meridiangrooming.com it started out great. But now trying to find replacement blades feels like some never-ending treasure hunt from the depths of chaos. They’re either always out of stock or just weirdly hard to get, which makes the whole trimmer basically useless after a while.

I genuinely liked it at first, but what’s the point if I can’t keep it running? It’s insanely frustrating to feel like I have to buy a whole new trimmer just because the blades are unavailable. Total disappointment, and I wouldn’t buy it again...

"Charging takes way too long"
The trimmer itself works fine, I guess, but the charging is just really slow. I’ll leave it plugged in for hours and it still doesn’t seem fully charged, which is frustrating because you’d think by then... Anyway, it’s annoying.

"Good product, but the billing could be clearer"
The product itself was fine and worked as expected, but the billing part threw me off a bit. An extra charge showed up that I don’t remember seeing clearly during checkout. To be fair, support did help me sort it out, so it wasn’t a huge disaster. I’d probably still use it again if the pricing is more upfront next time, but if you’re someone who likes knowing the exact total before paying, it’s worth double-checking everything carefully

"Cleaning it every time is such a hassle"
I bought a trimmer from meridiangrooming.com, the cleaning part has been way more annoying than I expected. Hair gets stuck all around the blade, and I end up spending too much time trying to brush it out. The little brush they include barely does anything.
I also noticed that after a few uses it started feeling slower, even when I thought I had cleaned it properly. Maintenance just doesn’t feel simple at all. I even reached out about it, but it felt like nobody actually read what I wrote. I wouldn’t buy it again

"Literally Not Comfortable on My Skin"
I bought this trimmer thinking it would be gentler on my neck, but it literally left my skin red and itchy every single time I used it. I tried taking it slower, changing the angle, using it dry, and even using it after a shower, but nothing really helped.
Maybe it works fine for other people, but for me it just wasn’t comfortable at all. I had little bumps for about two days afterward and ended up going back to my old cheap trimmer instead.
